Water meter fittings system with slanted seat valve and KSR valve with backflow preventer

Fully assembled, sealed and subjected to a leak test DIN ISO 2859, DIN 3230. To meet the drinking water regulation brass material according to DIN 50930-6 installation parameter B ≤ 0.14.

Consists of:

Slanted seat valve, DIN-DVGW according to DIN EN 1213 and W 570, made of pressed brass, with upper part in one-piece construction without loose parts, drive untouched by the medium with double feed, with double O-ring seal and handwheel.

Entrance with internal thread for the EWE-O -Ring system, output with union nut suitable for the water meter, with sealing hole, with retaining collar for a tight fit of the water meter seal andnd with stainless steel rectangular ring, with centering counter ring for the water meter bracket and with water meter seal. Fitting without emptying.

Water meter bracket made of A2 stainless steel, minimum thickness 2.5 mm, with open, adjustable support arms 3 mm thick, adjustability of the support arms at least 40 mm, wall distance min. 95 mm, fold outwards, with cap nuts, with T-slots.

KSR valve, combined shSeat valve / backflow preventer, DIN-DVGW according to DIN EN 1213, DIN EN 13959 and W 570, made of pressed brass, with upper part in one-piece construction without loose parts, drive unaffected by the medium with double feed, with double O-ring seal, brass tappet with additional Teflon coating, internal A4 stainless steel spring and relief hole. With handwheel, test screw andIntegrated drain valve arranged at the bottom.

Inlet with form-fitting, multi-thread length compensation, with double O-ring seal, optimized in terms of flow technology. Retaining collar for a tight fit of the water meter seal, with centering counter ring and with water meter sealung.

Output with internal thread for the EWE-O-ring system.

All screw elements of the valve with a uniform key width according to DIN 9001: 2008.
