The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance to the services of the Metropole de Lyon to respond to the problems of public health systems. drinking water both quantitatively and qualitatively. The expected benefits are expertise, diagnostic studies andpreliminary studies.

The public contract to be concluded is put in place.an invitation to tender under the conditions of Articles 41 and 42-1 of the Public Contracts Order and Articles 26, 33, 66 to 68 of the Public Procurement Decree. The competing requirement is the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles 78 and 80 of the Public Procurement Decree.
