Realization of the master plan for the purification of wastewater and rainwater in the collection basin of the Marolles Saint-Vrain treatment plant

The purpose of this contract is to realize the master plan of wastewater and rainwater from the collection basin of the treatment plant of Marolles-Saint-Vrain on behalf of the SIARCE, in its capacity as contracting authority.

Main Site: Perimeter of the study: the study concerns the realization of the SDA on the municipalities of Marolles-en-Hurepoix, Guibeville, Avrainville, Leudeville, Saint-Vrain, Itteville, and Cheptainville.

The purpose of this contract is to carry out the master plan of wastewater and rainwater in the collection basin of the Marolles-Sai treatment plant.on behalf of SIARCE, in its capacity as contracting authority.

The present contract comprises four (4) technical phases:

- phase 1: status and balance sheet of actions undertaken,

- phase 2: hydraulic studies,

- Phase 3: complementary investigations and study of management scenarios,

- phase 4: multi-year programming and development of wastewater and rainwater zoning.Candidates are given the opportunity to submit their DUME or to use the forms made available to them in the consultation file, namely the consultation letter (DC1) and the candidate's declaration (DC2). is not allowed.

The economic operators must transmit their offers electronically in accordance with article 41 of the decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

The economic operators designate, in the transmitted documents, the person authorized to represent them. They put in place the procedures allowing the public person to make sure that their applications are transmitted and signed by this person.

The costs of access to the network and recourse to the electronic signature are at the expenseof each economic operator.
