Procedure negotiated with prior call for competition - Articles 26 2 and 74 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the marketsublics. The consultation is divided into 2 lots, each batch being the subject of a separate contract entrusted to a single company or a group of companies:

Operation and management of drinking water installations and networks on a group of municipalities of the territory of Haut-Bugey Agglomeration

- form DC1 or equivalent,

- form DC2 or equivalent,

- receivership: the candidate prodthe copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if it is in receivership, - - declaration on the honor: the candidate produces a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the Order of 23.7.2015 on public procurement,

- legal elements relating to the structure of the enterprise: legal form, date of creation, exoriginal feature of the register of commerce and companies if the company is registered,

- commitment: the candidate produces if necessary the powers of persons entitled to engage legally,

- translation into French mandatory elements written in another language

. - statement of balance sheet: balance sheets or extracts of balance sheets, concerning the last 3 years, of the economic operators pfor which the drawing up of the balance sheets is obligatory by virtue of the law, - turnover declaration: declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and the turnover of the field of activity being the subject of the public contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the activity of theeconomic indicator,

- insurance certificate: appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks. The candidate will be able to prove his ability by any other document considered equivalent by the contracting entity if it is objectively impossible to produce any of the information requested concerning his financial capacity.
