Procedure for awarding a framework agreement for the supply of natural gas meters.

Framework agreement for:

Main Site: Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Lombardy, Veneto.

Lot no. 1:

Framework agreement for the supply of gas meters (UNI EN 437 - II family: natural gas, group H) for turbine-type and rotary-type tax measurements.

Candidates forthey must have the experience, the equipment and the references for the execution of similar activities, as well as the knowledge of the rules and laws that govern the execution of the services of the type requested.

Applications to participate, to be sent by the date indicated in point IV.3.4), must be complete with documents and / or declarations (for meetings of companies the documents and / or ofclarifications of all the companies) reported in points III.1.1, III.1.2 and III.1.3, on pain of exclusion from the tender.

Candidates, for sending the information and declarations required under points III.1.1, III.1.2 and III.1.3 (relating to the situation of economic operators, economic and financial capacity and technical capacity) must use the model form for the single euro tender documentpeo (DGUE) provided for by the European Commission Execution Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016.

The candidates must also provide:

the declaration on the non-existence of the exclusion conditions referred to in article 80 of the D .Lgs. 50/2016,

- CCIAA certificate,

- DURC,

- Anti-mafia declaration / White list.

Statement about the turnover achieved in the last 3 years, attaching an extractof the budgets.

Bank statement certifying that the financial situation of the candidate allows him to carry out the work successfully.

The subjects who will be invited to make the offer must pay the contribution to the National Anti-Corruption Authority in the measure and according to the procedures that will be communicated at the time of the offer request.
