Supply of electricity for several gas storage fields in Italy

Supply of electricity on the free market for a period of 24 months, from 1.4.2020 to 31.3.2022 with option up to 31.3. 2023 at the withdrawal points supplied in Medium and High Voltage located at the gas storage fields of San Potito and Cotignola (RA), Collalto (TV) and Cellino (TE).

Main Site: Gas storage fields of San Potito and Cotignola (RA), Collalto (TV) and Cellino (TE).

Supply of electricity on the free market for a period of 24 months, from 1.4.2020 to 31.3.2022 with option until 31.3.2023 at the withdrawal points supplied in Medium and High Voltage located at the gas storage fields of San Potito and Cotignola (RA), Collalto (TV) and Cellino (TE).

Total withdrawal envisaged for the 36 months of around 160 GWh.

Candidates must possess the experience and references for the execution of similar supplies, as well as knowledge of the standards and of the laws governing the execution of supplies of the type requested.

Requests to participate, to be received by the date indicated in point IV.3.4, must be completedof the documents and / or declarations set forth in points III.1.1, III.1.2 and III.1.3, under penalty of exclusion from the tender.

Candidates, for sending the information / statements required under points III.1.1, III. 1.2 and III.1.3 (relating to the situation of economic operators, economic and financial capacity and technical capacity) must use the form template for the single euro tender documentpeo (DGUE) envisaged by the European Commission execution regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016.

Candidates must also provide:

- declaration of qualification for the sale of electricity on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree . n. 79 of 16.3.1999,

- the declaration on the non-existence of the exclusion conditions referred to in Article 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- CCIAA certificate,

-DURC,

- anti-mafia declaration / White list registration.

- statement on the global annual turnover and the turnover relating to the supply of electricity in the last 3 years (2016, 2017, 2018); the amount relating to the supply of electricity to final customers alone may not be less than EUR 28 000 000 / year as an average over the 3 years indicated above,

- balance sheets for the last 3 yearscizi.

Edison Stoccaggio S.p.A., a single-member company, and subject to the rules on functional separation contained in the integrated text Unbundling approved by the Italian authority for electricity and gas with resolution no. 11/2007 and subsequent amendments and additions ().

The contracting authority reserves the right to limit to a maximum of 8 candidates, in possession of the minimum requirements instated in section III.2), to be invited to the tender and which will be chosen based on the following priority criteria:

- n. contracts for supplies of at least 10 GWh / year,

- annual electricity turnover to end customers (average of the last 3 years 2016, 2017, 2018).

The subjects who will be invited to make an offer must pay the contribution of the National Anti-Corruption Authorityion to the extent and according to the modalities that will be communicated at the time of the offer request.
