Pumping and transportation of leachate waters from a retention basin at Regional Non-hazardous Waste Depot Yambol, Hadzhi Dimitrovo municipality, Tundzha municipality, Yambol district (Sliven municipality quota), WWTP - Sliven Ltd. and pumping and transportation of leachate waters from evaporating lakes in the enclosure Depot for non-hazardous waste, Sotirya, Sliven municipality to WWTP "Water Supply and Sewerage - Sliven" Ltd., for 2 separate lots - The service is declared by the contracting authority as a preventive action, in order to preserve the level of the leachatethe enviroment basin of the Regional Depositary for Non-hazardous Waste Yambol and in the Evaporating Lakes in the Inland Depot for non-hazardous waste, the village of Sotirya within the framework of the safe

Each participant should hold a registration document under Art. 35, para. 3 and para. 5 of Waste Management Waste Management Act 19 07 03 Landfill from landfills other than those mentioned in 19 03 02 of Ordinance No. 2 of 2014 for ClassesWaste disposal

1.2. A license for road haulage by the Ministry of Transport

The participant fills in Part A: "Fitness" in Part IV: "Selection Criteria" of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) (Appendix 1)

Prior to concluding a contract for a public procurement the contracting authority shall require from the participant designated as contractor a copy of a registration document under Art. 35, para. 3 and para. 5 of the Waste Management Waste Management Act 19 07 03 Landfill from landfills other than those mentioned in 19 03 02 of Ordinance No 2 of 2014 on the classification of waste and the license for road haulage of the Ministry of Transport. When submitting a tender, participants only fill in the relevant section of EEDOP.

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on economic and financialness condition.

Note: On the grounds of Art. 67, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act (PPL) in connection with - 29, paragraph 5, letter a) of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the PPL, in force since 1.4.2018. The Single European Procurement Document is also mandatory The possible ways of submitting EEDOP in electronic form are as follows:

1 Digitally signed and applied onthe appropriate optical carrier to the batch of documents to participate in the procedure. The format in which the document is submitted should not allow editing of its contents. By providing electronic access to the EEDOP prepared and signed electronically. In this case, the document should be provided with the so-called a time stamp to certify that EEDOP has been signed and uploaded to thewhich is forwarded before the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Important! In the case of EEDOP being completed through the eEEDOP system, it should be signed with the electronic signature in PDF format.

Remarks: According to EC instructions, ECEDOP works with the latest version of the most popular browsers like Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera. To avoid itIf possible, it is recommended that you use the latest version of the browser. It is also specified that some features, such as file downloads, do not work on smartphones and tablet computers.
