Framework Agreement for Locks and Fittings — Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF (KKE)

KKE wants to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of materials and services within locks and fittings, for KKE`s building portfolio.

Main Site : Kongsberg Municipality.

The framework agreement will apply for 2 years from signing of the contract, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract 2 times for 1 year at a time (altogether up to 4 years).

KKE purchases materials and services within locks and fittings for approx. 900 000 NOK annually. The estimated annual purchase is based on previous purchase, and must not be considered as

A binding volume for purchase on the framework agreement.

The procurement of locks and fittings will vary from year to year, in-line with the contracting authority`s need. The maximum value of all call-offs that KKE anticipates undertaking on this framework agreement during the duration is 5 000 000 NOK.

The framework agreement is not exclusive, i.e. the contracting authority is free to enter into the purchase of equivalent services from another supplier as needed. This is relevant, for e.g. in connection with new construction projects implemented with turnkey contracts.
