The object of this framework agreement is to entrust to an external contractor the management of certain zootechnical operations and ancillary services of the pet shop of the CNRS primatology station

The object of this framework agreement is to entrust to an external contractor the management of certain zootechnical operations-and services incidental to the accommodation of nonhuman primate species of the SdP animal factory

Main Site: CNRS - Primatology Station, UPS 846, CD 56, 13790 Rousset.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust to an external service provider the management of certain animal husbandry operations and services ancillary to the accommodation of non-human primate species of the pet shop SdP, compliantCCTP No. 2018-009 of 13.7.2018.

It consists of a recurring part described in Article 3 and a party to the request described in Article 7 of CCTP No. 2018-009.

The balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheet, for the last 3 years, of the economic operators for whom the establishment of the balance sheets is obligatory by virtue of the law.

- the DCE is available on the platform-dematerialized, or on request formulated by mail to the following address, or by mail to the address mentioned on the first page of the regulation of the consultation, - this market is subjected to the provisions of the order n 2015-899 of the 23.7.2015 and its implementing decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

It is passed according to the procedure of the open call for tenders, pursuant to Articles 66 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

It takes the form of a single-award framework agreement executed with a recurring part giving rise to the issue of a voucher. annual order and on-demand services giving rise to the issue of purchase orders upon the occurrence of the requirement.

As such, it is passed in application of the provisionsArticles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, without a minimum and with a maximum of EUR 1 328 000 (excl. VAT) for the total duration of the on-demand services market:

- the contract will take effect a the first day of the month following the date of notification,

- the attention of the candidates is drawn to the fact that in case of transmission by electronic means, the signature is not obligatory.at the filing stage. CNRS is likely to demand the rematerialization of the market before its original handwritten signature. 1) Unsigned electronic reply:

In this case, the successful tenderer will be invited, before signature by the CNRS, to provide a physical copy of each of the documents constituting the application and the offer for which a signature oThe original signature affixed will then be a handwritten signature emanating from a person authorized to bind the bidder.

2) Dematerialized response signed with a valid certificate:

In this case, only the document worthy of act will be rematerialises and must be signed by a person who has the capacity to commit the tenderer.The validity of the signed offers is 3 months from the deadline fixed for their receipt,

- the date and time of opening of the bids are given on a provisional basis. The opening meeting is not public,

- the attention of the candidates is drawn to the fact that the as well as the plans will be communicated after delivery of the certificate of confidentiality.

Reminder of the criteria ofe choice of offers:

- criterion n 1: technical value 60%:

- sub-criterion n 1: guarantees provided in terms of the human resources allocated to the performance of the service 20%;

- sub-criterion n 2 : guarantees provided in terms of organizational means supervision and monitoring of benefits 20%;

- sub-criterion n 3: guarantees provided for the continuity of the performance of services (perennite of the team assigned to the performance of the services) 20%,

- criterion n 2: total cost of acquisition 40%.
