The purpose of this contract is the provision of electronic resources (electronic journals and databases) meeting the needs of the university-Lille and partner institutions. The perimeter of the University of Lille extends over several municipalities of the Lille agglomeration.

By electronic periodicals is meant any serial publication referred by a number of e-issn (acquired or in progress) appearing online during unrestricted duration in advance and according to a known periodicity or not. By bouquets of periodicals eelectronic, it is understood any data base constituted exclusively or mainly of titles of electronic periodicals.
