The subject of the tender is the daily production accruing business mail E 1 (if a central production makes sense for organizational reasons) and various mailings E 3/4. TheBusiness mail includes both individual letters and batch letters. The annual production volume to be expected amounts to approximately 970, 000 A4 pages and approximately 350, 000 letters. Transport services, in particular letter post services, are not part of this service description.

The future service provider takes over print data daily, prepares the print data, supplements it with control indicators and postage, prints cover letters and other documents, inserts the printed matter together with supplements and delivers the closed items to the letter service provider or consolidator determined by BKK ZF & Partner on the same day a daily file to be created("Closed-Loop") acknowledged by the print service provider.
