Framework agreement system of computerized data exchange between public market actors - financial management of public markets - Reference Number: Ac Sedi Fi

The service deals with the financial management of public markets, in respect of the rules imposed by the law n 85-704 of the 12.7.1985 relating to the control of public works and itsrelationship with the private mastery of work known as the MOP law and the decree n 2018-1075 of 3.12.2018 relating to the code of the public order. The number of subsequent marches is estimated at 5 or 6 for a duration of financial execution ranging from 6 years to 12 years depending on the markets. The maximum number of users is estimated at 600 and the maximum volume of invoices to be processed is estimated at 2, 000 prepayments per month.year. It is specified that within the framework of the present consultation, it will be allocated a first subsequent contract relating to the 3 metro line concomitantly with the present framework agreement. It is clear that in the contextof the present consultation, it will be allocated a first subsequent step relating to the 3 line of metro concomitantly with this framework agreement.

The candidate will have to provide:

- the letter of candidature and authorization of the mandatary by his co-contractors,

- the powers of the person empowered to hire the candidate,

- a declaration on the honor of the candidate, or of each member of the group candidat, attesting not to enter in one of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order and in particular that it is in rule with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- if the candidate is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to that effect, and provide proof thatauthorization to continue its activity covers the period corresponding to the duration of this market.

Overall turnover of the last 3 years with the share of the turnover concerned by the services subject of the present consultation.
