CPV Description: (AGKK) and its regional structures - geodesy, cartography and cadastre services (GCCC)

Providing expert assistance to meet the needs of the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (AGCC) help to meet the needs of the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (AGKK) and its regional structures -Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (SGKK), in 65 lots. Main Site: SGCC Burgas

Main activities:

1. Technical assistance, logistics and support activities, organization, systemization and arrangement of archival units, files on applications for properties from the cadastral map

2. Technical activities and assistance of the SGKK experts in their work on the use of archival documentsreal estate files on the cadastral map

3. Technical and non-qualified activities (copying, scanning, compilation of files and files) to support the work of experts in the SGCC in the performance of their duties

Application Deadline: 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signature of the contract

implementation time for 1 month: 168 man-hourst should fulfill at least 6 (6) tasks per day related to the above mentioned activities provided by the responsible person for performance of the contract

All taxes and insurance contributions for the realization of the subject of the service remain entirely at the expense of the participant. Reporting:

The reporting of the work is done by a bilaterally signed reception and transmission protocol to the head of the relevantGeodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Service for the activity carried out from the previous month

The Employer does not impose requirements for fitness for professional activity and for registration in professional or commercial registers

The Employer does not impose requirements for economic and financial condition. in the procedure shall be removed a participant, in whom the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 4, item 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority shall remove from the procedure a participant for whom one of the grounds under Art. 107 of the PPA; participants for whom the prohibitions under Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДЮРДРЛТТДДС, unless the exceptions under Art. 4 of it; a tenderer whose bid exceeds the total estimated value of the contract as defined by the contracting entity; a participant who has not submitted in due time information and documents under Art. 54, para. 8-10 of the ROPOI or who, after a call, does not extend or confirm the validity of his tender.

Participants to whom the prohibitions under Art. Article 69 of the PCA. Removal from participation in the procedure due to non-compliance with the requirements of the assignor for personal circumstancesshall be applied according to Art. 57 of the Public Procurement Act. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 5 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to the persons representing the participant or the applicant and to the members of its management and supervisory bodies according to the register in which the participant or the candidate, if any, is entered, or the documents certifying its legal personality. Where, in the composition of these bodies, a legal person, the reasons shall be for the natural persons who represent it according to the register in which the legal entity is entered, if any, or the documents certifying its legal personality. Where an applicant or a participant or a legal person in the composition of a controlling or managing body thereof is represented by a natural person by virtue of a mandate, the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, p. 1, 2 and 7 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 5 of the PPL also apply to this individual
