Public supply of framework agreement for delivery of first aid equipment

Danish Police, including in Greenland and in the Faroe Islands, hereby provides a framework agreement regarding purchase of first aid equipment for existing first aid grants called IFAK-(Individual First Aid Kit) and Vehicle First Aid Kit (VFAK). The offer includes the following products: Binding, Airbag, Tourniquet, Gaze, Trauma Sack, Gloves, Pocket Mask, Foil Cover, Action Card, Flashlight and Plaster.

Danish Police, including in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, hereby provide a framework agreement purchase of first aid kit for existing first aidstars called IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) and VFAK (Vehicle First Aid Kit). The offer includes the following products: Binding, Airbag Bonding, Tourniquet, Gaze, Trauma Sack, Gloves, Pocket Mask, Foil Cover, Actioncard, Torchlight and Patch.

The offer does not include first aid bags.

In ESPD, the tenderer under 'Occupational Liability Insurance' must provide information about professional liability insurance. Bel0b is stated in dask the tenderer. The tenderer must submit an ESPD with his tender. In the case of a group of active persons, separate ESPD must be submitted for each of the participating economic operators. Safeguarding offerings are based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which it is based.

Before awarding the Framework Agreement by the contractor, the bidder as the contracting entity must haveintends to award the Framework Agreement, submit documentation pursuant to section 152 for the information provided in the ESPD, cf. section 159 (1). 2. The contracting entity may apply the procedure in section 159 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 5, whose applications or offers do not meet the formal requirements of the tender.

The contracting entity makes use of the grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 2
