Partial demolition of hydroelectric works in the Romanche valley

The dismantling work carried out by the owner involves dismantling (deconstruction, bank protection and renaturation) part of the hydroelectric works in the Romanche Valley. According to the works considered, the deconstructions are complete or partial and may take place in the river. The dismantling of the works in the river must not jeopardize the stability of the Romanche bed and contribute to the ecological continuity.

Main Site: Romanche Valley: Roberts' power station and Riouperoux water intake

The dismantling works made by the holder consist in dismantling (deconstruction, bank protection and renaturation) works included in the Riouperoux water intake and the Roberts power station. According to the works considered, the deconstructions are complete or partial and can take place in rivers. The demantelement of the works in river does not question the stability of the bed of Romanche and contributes to the ecological continuity.To be dismantled is made up of works belonging to the Roberts and Riouperoux arrangements. The site of the Riouperoux water intake is located on the commune of Livet and Gavet about 1 km upstream from the village of Riouperoux.

- the candidate must provide a declaration on the honor date and signed justifying that it does not enter into any of the bidding bids mentioned inArticles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.,

- the applicant must submit an extract from the relevant register such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document, allowing the candidate to be identified. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate has the following certifications:

- certification in the field of security: MASE or equivalent,

- certificateISO 9001 or equivalent,

- ISO 14001 or equivalent certification,

- certification for work in asbestos context Subsection 3.

The applicant must submit the associated certificates issued by an accredited body audited by an independent body. In the case where the certificates do not cover the period of execution of the works or services, the candidate agrees to hand over any renewalcertification to EDF during the process or failing to undertake to inform EDF in the event of non-renewal of the certification.



Candidates must submit these documents in the RFI of the purchasing portal (envelope) before the deadline for submission. nominations mentioned in the notice of march.

To assess their economic and financial capacity, candidates provide information.following documents or supporting documents: (1) statement as to the applicant's overall turnover and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, covering not more than the last 3 financial years available depending on the date of creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator, insofar-these figures are available; (2) balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheet, for the last three years, of economic operators for whom the preparation of the balance sheets is obligatory by virtue of the law; (3) appropriate declarations of banks or, where applicable, proof of insurance of the relevant occupational risks.

If, for a justified reason, the candidate is not able to-to produce the required information and documents, he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other appropriate means.
