The present consultation concerns the execution on the territorythe city of Asnieres-sur-Seine, operations of depigeonnisation and actions against corvides, deratization and desinsectisation, and capture and collection of stray animals or dead on public roads with exploitation of the municipal animal quarry.

DelaPayment: bank or postal account references or payments to be made will be indicated in the commitment document. In accordance with Title IV of Law 2013-100 of 28.4.2013 establishing various provisions for the adaptation of the legislation to the European Union`s Economic and Financial Law and of Decree No. 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 on the fight against against retards of payment in the contracts of the public order, the total time of payment can not exceed 30 days as from the complete and correct reception of the invoice by the service of the finances and the overtaking of this delay opens by right and without other for the holder of the contract, the benefit of interest on moratorium.

It follows from the application of the decree n 2013-269 of 29.3.201.3 on the fight against late payments in public purchase contracts, that the rate of default interest is equal to the rate of interest applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent main refinancing operations, in force at first day of the half-year of the calendar year in which the moratorium interest started to run, plus 7%.These moratorium interest accrue from the day following the expiration of the contract or the expiry of the payment period until the date of payment of the principal included. The amount of the flat-rate compensation for recovery costs is fixed at EUR 40. It is specified that the moratorium interest previously mentioned and the flat-rate compensation for recovery costs are paid in advance.within 45 days of the payment of the principal. The expenditures allocated to the market will be charged to the City of Asnieres-sur-Seine`s budget.

The selection of the offer economically the most advantageous, will be appreciated, according to the criteria weighted aboveous:

For all lots (on 40 points):

The analysis of the financial proposal will be judged from Estimated Quantitative Detail. The price score will be awarded based on the total price in EUR VAT paid to the DQE.

The maximum number of points (40) will be awarded to the lowest bidder.

The other candidates will be awarded the points according to the formula. next:
