Disinfection, disinsectisation and disinfestation in Calarasi Municipality

Acquisition of disinfection, disinsection and pest control services in Calarasi - according to the provisions of the Specification and Regulations for the organization and functioning of the disinfection, and disinfestation in the cityCalarasi.

Main Site: Calarasi Municipality.

The object of the contract is the provision of disinfection, disinsection and pest control services in Calarasi Municipality. The provision of services will be done under the conditions set out in the Terms of Reference and the Regulation on Disinfection, Disinsection and Disinfestation Activities in Calarasi Municipality.

Disinfection is a method of hygiene constand in operations for the prevention and control of infectious and parasitic diseases in humans and animals, aiming at the destruction of pathogenic germs on the surfaces under this operation.

Disinsection is the action of controlling insects in their larval and / or adult stage of vectors of communicable diseases and generating discomfort, being the ensemble of the means and methods of precovery and control of specific chemical substances of harmful insects that carry and transmit (directly or indirectly) infectious-contagious and parasitic diseases for humans and animals.

Deratization is a complex of measures permanently applied for the purpose of destroying harmful rodents (mice, rats, etc.). ), vectors of communicable diseases and / or discomfort and maintainsto a low numerical level. Deratization prevents and prevents the transmission of diseases by rodents by bite or contact.

The number of days to which clarification may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 20 days and the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely all requests for clarification / supplementary informationhas the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Participants in the procedure should not be in the situations provided by art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Means of compliance and applicability in the procedure:

The economic operators participating in the procedure will complete and present the DUAE with the information related to their situation.

The justifiable documentsCases / Support that prove the fulfillment of the qualification and selection criteria as declared and assumed in the DUAE will be mandatory submitted by the bidder ranked first after applying the award criterion, at the request of the contracting authority. those assumed by completing the DUAE:

(a) certificate of attestation(debts to the general consolidated budget) and the local taxes tax (local budget debts) or equivalent documents showing that the tenderer / third party / subcontractor has no outstanding debts at the time of their presentation; judiciary of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the company respectively(c) as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator or the economic operator has the power to represent, decide or control it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 concerning achipublic documents, (d) other editorial documents, as the case may be.

If in the country of origin or in the country in which the tenderer is established no documents of the nature mentioned above are issued or the documents do not cover all the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or, if in that countrythere are no legal provisions regarding the declaration on your own responsibility, a genuine declaration made before a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association having the powers to do so.

The information contained in the supporting documents must be valid at the date of their presentation; The economic operators participating in the procedure do notmust be in a situation of conflict of interest and / or unfair competition.
