Supply of disinfectants transport and delivery at the premises of the contracting authority, for a period of 24 months.

Main Site: Clinical Hospital "Nicolae Malaxa", Vosului Road 12, sector 2, Bucharest.

According to the specifications

The DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedurewith the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the first place in the intermediate ranking prepared at the end of the evaluation of the offers. These documents can be:

1) certificates confirming the lack of outstanding debts cu regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation;

2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or those with power of representation, decision or control within it, so cum results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act;

3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement.

Details:

- In case of submitting a common offer, the requirement must be fulfilled by all the members of the association, as well as by the third party (s) the sponsor (s), the subcontractor / subcontractors, if any,

- In the case of the country of origin or the country where the bidder is established, documents of a judicial record are not issued, the contracting authority has the obligation to: to accept a declaration on his own responsibility or if in the respective country there are no legal provisions regarding the declaration on his ownliability, an authentic statement given in front of a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association that has competence in this regard,

- Regarding the payment of the obligations to the state budget, the payment of local taxes and taxes, at the level DUAE must attest the absence of outstanding debts at the time of submission

Note: in the case of bidders who are lostforeign legal entities will be presented with equivalent certificates attesting that they do not register outstanding fiscal obligations under the law of the incident in the country of residence.

Requirement 1: certifying certificate issued by the National Trade Register Office.

Qualification condition: the bidder will prove that the company has in its activity object and carries out its activity / activities authorized.posited / subject to the present procedure.

Fulfillment mode: the bidder will present the certifying certificate issued by the Trade Register Office from the territorial court stating that: the economic operator is legally constituted; the field of activity of the tenderer corresponds to the object of the procedure.

The information contained in the certifying certificate must be real / currentat the date of presentation.

Method by which the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE, respectively the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC or in the case of the foreign bidders, documents echequivalents issued in the country of residence, will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked on the first place in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the offers.

2) If after establishing the rankingfinal according to the award criterion, the evaluation commission finds that there are 2 or more offers with the same price, the contracting authority will request the economic operators in case of re-offering, through a clarification transmitted by SICAP to the "Questions" section, and the bidders will submit a new one. document / price in SICAP following the request for clarifications made by the contracting authority.The re-offer is made only for the offers in which this situation will exist
