The designated contractor himself chooses the form of the performance guarantee - cash, bank guarantee, or insurance covering performance by covering the contractor's liability. The bank guarantee is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days. You oblige itaccordance with the contracting authority. The insurance, which ensures the performance through coverage of the contractor's liability, is valid until the expiration of the contract period, extended by 30 (thirty) calendar days. The assignor should be designated as a third party beneficiary of this insurance. The insurance should cover the contractor's liability and can not be used for the owlproof of the contractor's liability under another contract. The text of the insurance shall be agreed with the assignor. The payment of each requested and printed issue of the newspaper shall be made in BGN by bank transfer within ten (ten) days after submission of the invoice by the contractor, signed two-sided reception protocol for the respective printed and received by the assignor newspaper number in the requested circulationand a report containing a calculation of how the price of the relevant paper is calculated

A participant participating as a specialized enterprise or cooperative of disabled persons may take part in the contract provided that at least 30 per 100 of their list is from people with disabilities or disadvantaged people. It must be registered as a specialized undertaking or-co-operation of people with disabilities at least 3 years before the date of the opening of the current procurement procedure and be able to fulfill at least 80 per 100 of its subject with its own machinery, equipment and human resources. To fulfill the second condition, the participant may use subcontractors or invoke the capacity of third parties if the subcontractors or third partiesis individuals are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. Participants for whom the contract is reserved detailly describe how they meet the stated requirements of the contracting entity in Part II.A of EEDOP (entry in the register under Article 29 of the Law on Integration of People with Disabilities, % of disabled or disadvantaged persons of the list composition, % of the subject of the order, whichwill be carried out with its own machinery, equipment and human resources)
