The subject of the order is successive delivery together with the transport of diesel oil to the fuel stations of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Malborku Sp. z o.o. up to 2, 000, 000 liters (2, 000 m) for the duration of the contract.

The subject of the order is the successive delivery together with the transport of diesel oil to the fuel stations of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Malborku Sp. z o.o. up to 2, 000, 000 liters (2, 000 m) for the duration of the contract. The fuels are to have physicochemical properties consistent with the quality requirements specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9/10/2015 inon quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ of 2015 1680 of 23/10/2015) and the Polish standard PN-EN 590 A1: 2017-06. The purchased fuel is used for own needs and for sale. The subject of activity covered by the concession is an economic activity in the field of trade in liquid fuels marked with the following CN codes: diesel oils 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11 using a petrol station located in Malbork at ul. de Gaulle's gene 71.4. The orderer does not trade liquid fuels with foreign countries. The subject of the order will be picked up by the ordering party successively, according to his needs, by delivery to the fuel station tanks of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Malborku Sp. z o.o., z / s ul. gen. de Gaulle'a 71, 82-200 Malbork, POLAND. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to introduce changes in the quantity of demand for the subject of the order. The quantity is estimated. The size of individual deliveries will depend on the needs of the Employer. If it is not used on the final date of the contract, it is not obliged to exhaust the full amount indicated in point 1. One-off deliveriesThey will be from 13, 000 to 15, 000 liters and will be executed on the basis of orders placed on average three times a month (within 48 hours of placing each order). The delivery of the subject of the order will be carried out by a tank truck with a meter at the cost of the Contractor.

Contractors who meet the conditions of participation in the procedure specified by the Ordering Party may apply for the order to be awarded, concerning the possession of competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate regulations. The condition will be met if the Contractor has a current license for trading in liquid fuels.

N / A - Declarations and documents to be provided by the Contractor for preliminary confirmation that he meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings and is not subject to hatchinglearning (documents attached to the offer): The declaration on the day of filing is in the form of a Single European Order Document (EIN), which proves that the contractor meets the conditions for participation and is not subject to exclusion from the proceedings. The obligation to place resources at the disposal of the Contractor in order to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings is based onbones of other entities. 2. Statements and documents to be submitted by the contractor whose offer will be the highest rated: 2.1.1. current license for trading in liquid fuels; 2.1.2. list of deliveries made, and in the case of periodic or continuous services also performed, 2.2.1. information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 points 13a-c, 14 and 21Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of offers; 2.2.2. the Contractor's statement that he has not been the subject of a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums or in the event of such a verdict or decision confirming documentspayment of such claims together with any interest or fines, or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such receivables, 2.2.3. the Contractor's statement about the lack of a decision against him as a preventive measure of the prohibition against applying for public orders, 2.3.1. excerpt from the relevant register or from central records and business information, if separatee the provisions require an entry in the register or records. 3. In order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor from participation in the proceedings under Art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor, within 3 days of posting information on the website referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, submits to the Ordering Party a declaration of belonging or non-membership to the samecapital group. The Employer demands from the Contractor, which relies on the abilities or situation of other entities on the terms specified in art. 22a of the Public Procurement Law, present in relation to these entities the documents listed in point 2.2 and 2.3.

If the Contractor indicates in the EJM the availability of documents referred to in point 2.1.1. and 2.3, in electronic form under the specified addressesthe Internet access to free and free databases itself, the Ordering Party downloads documents from the databases individually from these databases. 4. Confirmation of the lack of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor based on art. 24 sec. 1 point 13-22 of the Public Procurement Law will take place on the basis of a single document (EAT) submitted by the Contractor. 5. Contractor who refers to the resources of other entities, into prove the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them, to the extent that they refer to their resources, the conditions for participation in the proceedings also include uniform documents concerning these entities (EED). 7.3. Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract bear joint and several liability for the performance of the contract. 8.1. If the Contractor has a registered office or place of residenceand outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in Chapter 3, para. 2 point 2.2.1. SIWZ - shall submit information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the Contractor has its seat or place of residence has the person concernedormacja or document, to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13a-c, and 21 of PPL Act 8.2.
