The subject of the order is successive delivery, ordered in batches, ON diesel fuel to the fuel station tanks of the Voivodship Headquarters Police in Opole.

Subject of the orderThere is successive delivery, ordered in batches, diesel oil ON (with a total quantity of 160 m) to the fuel station tanks of the Voivodship Police Headquarters in Opole in the period from 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2019. A detailed description of the scope of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order and the model contract constituting attachments to the ToR.

The Contractor will fulfill the condition if it proves that the posiawill give a license for trade in fuels in accordance with art. 32 of the Act of 10.4.1997 Energy Law (Dz.U.2018 item 755 with later amendments)

If each of the Contractors jointly applying for the order will perform part of the order to which the relevant provisions require a concession, it is up to each of them to show that he has licenses to perform part of the order that he will perform- The contractor is excluded from the contract award procedure in respect of which any of the circumstances referred to in Article 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 PPL. Additionally, the Employer anticipates exclusion of the Contractor based on art. 24 sec. 5 point 1
