CPV Description: Contract for the three-year supply of agricultural diesel oil.

Diesel oil.

Three-year supply of agricultural gas oil at the Este operational center and Conselve warehouse.

The company awarded the contract is obliged to present a final guarantee equal to 10% of the total amount of the contract, without prejudice to any increase referred to in Article 105, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and having validity yesno to the junction expressly provided by the consortium to guarantee compliance with the obligations assumed and the payment of any penalties imposed. The security provided by a surety must expressly provide for the waiver of the benefit of the prior enforcement of the principal debtor and its operation within 15 days. at the simple written request of the consortium body. For what is not foreseen, the art.103 of the Legislative Decree n. 50 / 2016.

The supply will be financed with funds from the Euganean Reclamation Consortium.

The subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 possess the following requisites:

a) inexistence of the causes of exclusion provided for by art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and from the art. 82 and followentities of Legislative Decree no. 159/2011;

b) registration in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture and the social object must include activities attributable, by type, to the service object of this procedure; c) possession of the required legal authorizations for the 'exercise of all the attivita connected to the supply object of bidding.
