Diesel engine in accordance with STN EN 590: 2014 and Motor diesel in accordance with EN 590: 2014 marked-as class 2 (according to Table 3 of this standard) to diesel generators. The observer must meet the conditions for the person's personal status under Section 32 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of some laws in the wording of later regulations and to prove their fulfillment by submitting original documents or their certified certified copies pursuant to Section 32 2, resp. ods.-4 and para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. The tenderer in the public procurement may prove fulfillment of the conditions of the part entered in the list of economic entities in the sense of - 152 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Pursuant to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act, the applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions specified by the contracting authority to the Single European Documenttom (hereinafter JED). The Form of the Single European Document form Annex A.4 of the tender documents. The entrant made by a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement proves that the conditions for participation, for personal status, for each member of the group separately are met. 5. Additional requirements to meet the condition of the attendance:

Appropriate to meet the requirements of the studentin the tender for the subject of the offer, submit the document:

- the distribution license for motor vehicles pursuant to -25 par. 1 Act no. 98/2004 Z.z. on excise duty.

6. In the case of a group of suppliers empowered, the representative of the person entitled to act for a group of suppliers shall state this fact when submitting documents proving that they meet the conditions of the part. Documents demonstrating that all conditions are metnok učasti must be submitted in the Slovak language. If a document or document is produced in a foreign language, it shall, together with its official translation, present it in the Slovak language; it does not apply for documents and documents prepared in Czech. If they find out the difference in their content, the judge is a tradable translation into the Slovak language. The time limit for submission of the initial offer will be stated in the invitation to submitof the basic offer. The Contracting Authority will send a basic offer to all interested parties who meet the conditions in part by submitting documents in paper form in accordance with the tender documents of Annex no. 2 Terms of Use
