Supply of diesel fuel for transport

Information and formalities necessary to evaluate the conformulated to the requisites:

R1) possession of the requisites as per art. 80 and 83, paragraph 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R2) absence of the interdictory situations referred to in art. 48, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R3) pursuant to art. 37 of Law 122/2010 for economic operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and to the D.M.21.11.2001, possession of the authorization issued pursuant to the D.M. 14.12.2010;

R4) absence of the cause of exclusion pursuant to art. 1 bis, paragraph 14, of the law 383/2001 and, more generally, of all the causes of exclusion from the participation of the competitor to the procedures of assignment provided for by the legislation in force;

R5) unconditional acceptance of the prescriptions contained in theby the ACEA group.

In order to certify the requirements for letters R1 to R5, the tenderer must produce a self-certification by means of the forms indicated in the Specifications of the tender.

The present tender is announced by ACEA S.p.A. in the name and on behalf of ACEA Ambiente S.r.l. - ACEA Group SpA pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 ss.mm.ii.

Ai fin of the admission to the competition, the competitor must submit the documentation required by the tender regulations, through the e-procurement platform of ACEA SpA. within the time limit set in point IV.2.2 of this announcement.
