Diesel fuel (EN 590).

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery to the petrol station of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji - Puławy Sp. z o. o. in Puławy:

1.1. 4500 m of diesel oil,

1.2. 800 m unleaded petrol 95,

At a reference temperature of 15 - C.

2. The ordering does not-allows the possibility of submitting partial offers.

3. Requirements for diesel fuel:

3.1. The diesel fuel offered must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9/10/2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the current Polish Standard PN-EN 590 A1: 2017 -06 Fuel for automotive vehicles. Diesel oils. Dimensionsagania and methods of research.

3.2. Diesel fuel must be microbiologically clean (through the use of biobooth additives) and resistant to possible biological contamination in tanks, fuel station installations and in tanks and vehicle installations.

3.3. The parameters of the supplied diesel oil must meet the requirements appropriate to the national climatic conditions in the clouded temperature rangeand the temperature of blocking the cold filter. The delivery of the so-called summer oil (temperature of blocking the cold filter not higher than 0 OC), transitional (cold filter blocking temperature not higher than -10 OC), winter (cold filter blocking temperature not higher than -20 OC) and, if the air temperature drops below - 20 OC, oil with improved propertieslow temperature bones (cold filter blocking temperature not higher than -32 OC)

3.4. The orderer informs that during the last 4 years he has not ordered delivery of oil with improved low temperature properties.

3.5. Expected number of weekly deliveries: 2/3 single deliveries

4. Requirements for unleaded petrol 95:

4.1. The unleaded 95 gasoline offered must meet the requirements set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9/10/2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the current Polish Standard PN-EN 228 A1: 2017-06 Fuel for car vehicles. Unleaded gas. Requirements and methodsresearch.

4.2. Expected number of weekly deliveries: 1 delivery

4.3. Designation of the subject of the order according to the Common Contract Dictionary: 09132100-4 Unleaded petrol.

5. In the event of changes in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the amended regulations and standards. The bid bond must cover the period of being bound by the offer.

2. The Contractor is obliged to pay the bid bond by 26.11.2018 to 13.00 hours, in the amount of PLN 200, 000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).

3. The bid bond may be lodged in one or several forms in accordance with art. 45 section 6 of the Act on Public Procurement Law.

4. Guarantees or sureties should be irrevocable, unconditional and payable at the first request of the Employer.

5. The bid bond paid in cash is paid by bank transfer to the bank account of the Orderon account: Pekao I O / Puławy No. 55124024121111000036107083. This means that before the deadline for submitting bids, money must be placed on the Employer's account (ie the Orderer's account should be credited to the amount of the bid bond).

6. The bid security in a form other than money should be submitted in the form of the original document, together with the offer in a separate envelope.

7. Policy, surety, warranty or other docthe form constituting the bid bond should contain the statement that at the first written request of the Ordering Party calling for the payment of the deposit amount in accordance with the terms of the ToR, there is an unconditional payment without any reservations from the guarantor / guarantor. It is necessary that this document includes liability for all cases resulting in the loss of the bidder by the contractor, specified in art. 46 ust. 4a and 5 Public Procurement Laws

8. The bid bond raised in the form of a guarantee (banking or insurance) must have the same liquidity as the cash deposit in cash, the claim for a security lodged in this form must not be hindered. Therefore, the content of the warranty should include a clause stating that all disputes regarding the guarantee will be resolved in accordance with Polish lawwho and subjected to the jurisdiction of Polish courts, unless it results from the provisions of law.

9. If the offer is not secured by one of the bid security forms specified in this SIWZ (failure to pay the bid bond or improper payment), the contractor's offer will be rejected.

10 The contractor requests that the bid bond be brought back by the Contractor who returned the bid security under Art. 46 ust. 3, if-as a result of the final settlement of the appeal, his offer was chosen as the most advantageous one. The Contractor shall pay the bid bond within the time specified by the ordering party

11. The ordering party shall immediately return the bid security to all contractors after selecting the best offer or canceling the procedure, with the exception of the contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous one. Contractor, which-the offer will be selected as the most advantageous, the Ordering Party will return the deposit immediately after the conclusion of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall return the immediate deposit at the request of the contractor, who withdrew the offer before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Ordering Party shall retain the bid bond with interest, if the contractor whose offer has been chosen refused to sign the public order contract for the conditionspecified in the offer, or the conclusion of a public procurement contract was impossible due to reasons attributable to the contractor.

15. As regards the bid bond, the provisions of the Law of Public Procurement included in art. 45 and 46 of the Public Procurement Law.

1. The ordering party will pay by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice forthe entire delivery carried out at one time. The date of payment is the day the Employer's account is debited.

2. Payment of remuneration due to the Contractor will be made to the bank account indicated on the invoice, in the split payment mechanism. The Contractor, on issued VAT invoices, will place only bank accounts submitted to the Tax Office. - The Contractor must show that aftersits down the current license for trading in liquid fuels.
