Lubricating oils and lubricating agents - Supply of liquid fuels and lubricants, Municipality of Trifylia and legal persons, 2018 - 2019.

1) for valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, is filed by the participating economic operators (bidders), Letter of Guarantee, amounting to 2% of the budget excluding VAT, for each group for which it is bidding. In the case of a bid, for one or more groups of the contract, the amount of the participation guarantee is calculated on the estimated value, excluding VAT, of the offered groups (Article 72 para. 1 of L.4412 / 2016).

2) the signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and deposited before or at the signing of the contract.

The contractor will be paid as follows:

100% of the contractual value of the petroleum products of the parcel receipts andthe receiving committee finds no problem with regard to the quality and suitability of these.

Because the delivery of petroleum products and in particular of liquid fuels will be partial, according to the resulting needs of the Municipality, invoices of the supplier will be issued immediately after delivery of items. The Municipality is obliged to pay the supplier for the liquid fuel within a period of time60 days for the lubricants, in the same way, that is, within 60 days of receipt of these and the issue of invoices and the production of all the necessary supporting documents, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph G.5 of G of Law 4152/2013 (Adaptation of Greek Legislation to Directive 2011/7 of 16.2.2011, to combat delaysThe payment of the contract price will be made by presenting the legal documents and supporting documents provided by the provisions of article 200 par. 4 of Law 4412/2016, as well as any other supporting documents, have been requested by the competent services, which carry out the audit and payment.

The Contractor shall be charged by the third partyas well as any other charge, in accordance with the applicable law, excluding VAT, for the delivery of the material, at the place and in the manner specified in the contract documents. procedures for the award of this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Householdslegal entities established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic AreaEconomic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.• The economic operators involved in groups A, B and C shall also have: (a) an operating license of the service station (s) of the fuel they have, through which, the vehicles of the Municipality of Trifylia will be refueled; b) a license for a petroleum oil dealerif they are not covered by the above license (Article 7 of Law 3054/02 (Government Gazette A230 / 02.10.2002): Organization of the Petroleum Market and other provisions)
