The departmental council of the Haute- Marne, the Haute-Marne Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS), the city of Chaumont and the colleges of Chateauvillain, Colombey-the-Two-Churches, Doulaincourt, Froncles, Joinville and Prauthoy have constituted, on the basis of Article 28 of the order of 23.7.2015, a group of orders for their purchases of heating fuel and fuels bulk books.
