Lubricants.

Supply of fuels and lubricants of the Municipality of Papagos - Holargos, ND. ΔΟΚΕ.Π.Α. The subject of the contract is the supply of motor and heating fuels and lubricants for the vehicles of the Municipality of Papagos - Cholargos, ΔΟΚΕ.Π.Α. and the School Committees, for the years 2019- 2020.

Subtotal 1.1): 409 200, 00 EUR.

Disallowing one or more items in a section automatically causes the offer to be rejected-The term of validity of the contract is set at twelve (12) months from its signature, with the right to extend the contract for three (3) months, subject to the approval of the competent body, and provided that it is not exceeded of the original contractual amount or of the original contractual quantities. In this case, the supplier is obliged to satisfy the Municipality's request, withthe exact same discount rate or the same price as that of his offer.

The Municipality reserves the right not to use the contractual amounts and the contract amount.

The resulting contract will have as starting date a later date than any similar conventions in force, namely: Diesel fuel of the Municipality of Papagos - Holargos (section 1.1), after 10.4.2019.

A detailed description of the physical and financial subject of the contract is given in Annex I to the Declaration.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the price. - Holargos (section 1.1), with the highest discount percentage (%), on the respectiveof the average retail selling price of the item by the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness Watch for the Region of Attica on the day of its delivery and in accordance with the applicable legislation governing non-exempt supplies of OTE Law 4412/2016. The percentage discount (%) will be the same for all its species-The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to v. 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member StateEuropean Economic Area (EEA) or to third countries that have acceded to the EMS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers. The economic operators established in Greece, they are required to be registered with the Chamber of Industry or Commerce or Industry
