The subject matter of the contract is the supply of fuel (unleaded 95 octane gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil) to cover the needs of vehicles, construction machinery, other machineryand the buildings of the Municipality of Kozani and the NDWD, NIPI and the primary and secondary school school boards of the Municipality for a period of 24 months from the signing of the contract or until the contractual amount has been used up. The commission is deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the services, the movement of the vehicles for the execution of their services, as well as the heating-of the buildings, in the winter months, of the above entities.

The commission is deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the services, the movement of vehicles for the execution of their services, as well as the heating of the buildings during the winter months, of the above entities.-heating oil, 212, 000 lt - 207 760, 00 EUR.

Diesel, 460, 000 lt - 530 380, 00 EUR.

Unleaded 95 octane gasoline, 25, 000 lt - 33 250, 00 EUR.

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State --Member States of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countriesjoin the SDS or to third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.
