Diesel fuel supply

The subject of Public Procurement is the supply of diesel fuel according to ČSN EN 590 (hereinafter only "motor diesel"), supplied in the corresponding quality in dependence on the season and climatic conditions, :

Main Site: The following are a) filling stations in Areal bus and trolley buses: Zadavatele Plzeň, Borska 2963, post code 301 00, CZECH REPUBLIC a) WWTP, -Jatečni tř. 40, Pilsen, Postal Code 301 52, CZECH REPUBLIC

The subject of Public Procurement is the supply of diesel fuel according to ČSN EN 590 (hereinafter only "motor diesel"), supplied in the corresponding quality in dependence on the season and climatic conditions, ie:

15.4 - 30.9 Class B Filterability 0 C,

1.10 - 15.11 Class D Filterability -10 C,

16.11 - 28.2 Class F Filterability -20 C,

1.3 - 14.4. Class D Filterability -10 C.

The estimated amount of diesel oil is about 3, 200, 000 liters per year tax. The weekly volume of supply is estimated to be about 61, 538 liters. The Contractor is not obliged to withdraw this quantity.

The Contractor is obliged to prove that he meets the Basic Competence under - 74 of the APA. I do not have a supplier who: (a) has been in the land of his landfill in the last 5 years before he goesin the event of an offense referred to in Attachment 3 to the DTC or similar offense under the law of the supplier's country of residence; (b) in the Czech Republic or in the country of the Czech Republic, or in the country of its registry, the tax arrears are due to be recorded in the tax records, c) the Czech Republic or the country of the insurer is liable to pay arrears for the insurance or public prosecution-d) he / she is in the Czech Republic or in the country of his / her reinsurance, he / she is due for arrears of insurance or social security charges and contribution to the state employment policy, e) is in liquidation. Specification of documents for proof of basic qualification is given in ZD. The contractor demonstrates the fulfillment of his / her professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: a) a record of the commercial recordor otherwise similar to the record, if another law required to be entered in such records (see - 77 (1) of the HTSA); (b) proof of the right of establishment to the extent corresponding to the subject of this public procurement, unless other legal provisions require such a remedy (see - 77 (2) (a) of the ZZVZ.)

The contracting authority, in accordance with - 170 of the ZZVZ, reserves the right cancel inversion control
