The award will take place through an open telematic procedure and with the application of the criterion of the offer economically most advantageous identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant tortt. 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree of 18.4.2016, n. 50 code of public contracts (hereinafter: code).
