Pursuant to Article 60 of the PPA, the participant has a permit or a certificate forthe wholesale trade in medical devices or any other document certifying their right to trade in medical devices issued by a competent authority of the respective country or meeting the requirements of Art. 77, para. 2 of the MIR. This requirement applies only to participants who bid for lots 7, 15, 19. - Compliance with the selected selection criterion is declared by filling in the relevantitem in EEDOP at the stage of bidding.

Information under Art. 7, para. 2 and para. 3 of the PPPOP: The total estimated value of the order is BGN 116 213, 80 without VAT included. The subject of the order is divided into 32 lots.

The assignor removes a participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and a participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 55, par. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, unless it proves the reliability measures taken. The participant must meet the requirements of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the related persons and their technicians■ Specific requirements: The medical devices offered under Lot 7, 15 and 19 must meet the requirements of the Diagnostic Reagents Directive 98/79 / EC, as well as the requirements for lack of connectivity detailed in the Documentation for participation., representing in vitro diagnostic medical devices, and the requirements regulated in Art. 34 of the Ordinanceand on the terms and procedure for drawing up a list of medical devices under Art. 30a of the Medical Devices Act and for determining the value to which they are paid
