The purpose of the Declaration is to develop Action Plans for the development of the following products in the 13 Regions of the country:

GREECE

The contract work modules are:

A: Analysis of international market trends:

1) Analysis of major trends, whichwill include consideration of: technological development, climate change, sustainability, overtourism, security, demographic changes, emerging markets, personalization of products and services, issues related to the functioning of the EU.

2) (international) trends analysis by tourist product (sun and sea, nautical tourism, cultural and religious, city break and MICE) and additional productsenablers, including: Innovative infrastructures, new concepts, supplier innovations, new concepts, market channels and approach, distribution: key players, new players, stakeholders, international best cases.

3) Selection and analysis of major international and emerging market for GREECE, per major tourist product and supplementary products (enablers), including:customer profiles and characteristics, customer activities, experiences and expectations, customer ratings, trends

B: Analysis of the current situation in GREECE, by tourism product and by enabler per Region (13x), SWOT analysis:

1) accessibility analysis

2) tourism mapping and enablers

3) overview of its featuresCurrent demand.

4) SWOT analysis.

C: Destination strategy and action plan:

1) Selection of existing / new / developed / underdeveloped and congested destinations (cities, towns, islands, regions and / or clusters), per Region.

2) developing a destination strategy, which includes developing product market combinations - PMCs), for at least 2 main tourism products, aimed at developing tourism in non-tourist developed regions and diversifying tourist activity in tourist developed regions, increasing tourism revenue in all Regions by extending the tourist season, increasing average daily expenditure, extension of duration diresilience, maximizing benefits in other areas.

3) Creating an action plan.

D: Impacts and conditions per destination:

1) Defining the impact of the strategy and action plan selected. action plans by destination, and quantification / justification of impacts through indicators.

3) identification and analysisthe key prerequisites for successful implementation.

4) the role of the relevant stakeholders.

The issue of the Declaration describes in detail the contract (Annex I:). of this contract, they are required to engage in activity related to the subject matter of the contract to that which is the subject of the contract.of existing services, namely the implementation of action plans - development studies.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional registries kept in their country of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016. Since theeconomic operators are required to have a specific approval or to be a member of a particular organization in order to be able to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority may require them to prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that organization; or to invite them to make an affidavit before a notary public about the exercise of this particular

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures shall be required to signwall business registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE must be registered in the relevant business register, where applicable law requires their registration, for the service entrusted.
