Contract for the awarding of the Supply of instrumentation and analysis kit for the control of the production processes of drinking water in the treatment plants managed by Abbanoa S.p.A.

Reference Number: REF. APP. 165/2019

The object of the contract is the supply of instrumentation and kit of bench reagents for carrying out the analyzes necessary for the comonitoring of the treatment processes carried out in the plants of the Purification and Distribution sectors of Abbanoa S.p.A .; and divided into lots based on the type of equipment and analytical kits to be supplied.

This lot has as its object the supply of portable digital analyzer for chlorites including analysis set for the control of the production processes of the water.u potable in the treatment plants managed by Abbanoa SpA - Please refer to the Tender Regulations.

Abbanoa S.p.A. reserves the right not to proceed with the awarding to any competitor if no bid is convenient or suitable in relation to the object of the Contract, as well as to entrust the Contract even in the event that only one bid received that is considered appropriate and convenientand by the person in charge of the procedure.

The Contractor will be bound in the performance of the services object of this contract according to what is offered, declared, proposed and assumed on the basis of its offer.
