CPV Description: Open procedure, above the community threshold, pursuant to art. 60 D.Lgs. 50/2016, for the supply of laboratory equipment, including full four-year post-warranty maintenance, divided into four separate lots, to be completed in electronic mode using the START system (Sistema Telematico Acquisti Regione Tuscany).

Detection and analysis apparatus.

Lot 1: supply of an MS GC with thermal desaturator complete with 100-position autosampler (50 50) with partial and automatic recoat of the heat desorbed sample, to be allocated to the Vasta Centro Area Laboratory Sector, plus the four-year maintenance service full risk that can be activated after the guarantee period.

Lot 2: supply of a gas chromatograph with a detectorand selection of quadrupole mass with static head space to be allocated to the Vasta Costa Area Laboratory Sector, plus the full four-year maintenance service that can be activated after the warranty period.

Lot 3: supply and installation of 1 GC / FID SDT (Gas Chromatograph) with flame ionisation detector and static head space autosampler) to be allocated to Sept.Laboratory hours of Area Vasta Sud, plus the full-service four-year maintenance service that can be activated after the warranty period.

Lot 4: supply of a GC MS with chemical ionization with liquid / SPME autocampioner to be allocated to the Vasta Costa Area Laboratory Sector 4-year full-risk maintenance service that can be activated after the warranty periodisoria for each lot of participation, as defined by the art. 93 of the Code, except as provided for in art. 93, paragraph 7 of the Code:

- lot 1: guarantee of EUR 3 049.00,

- lot 2: guarantee of EUR 2 683.00,

- lot 3: guarantee of EUR 1 463.00,

- lot 4 : guarantee of 2 561, 00 EUR.

Financing method: Arpat budget resources.

Method of payment: as per special tender specifications.

Registration in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts, Agriculture or in the register of the provincial Commissions for the craftsmanship for activities consistent with those covered by the tender procedure. To the competitor of another Member State not resident in Italy, and proof of enrollment required, according to the modalities in force in the State of residence, by a declaration alreadyurata or by attestation pursuant to art. 83 of the D.Lgs. n. 50/2016. The requirement must be possessed by the economic operator as defined in accordance with art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. p) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016
