Framework agreement with one party per lot concerning supplies and services of POCT equipment for the enterprise Wiener Krankenanstaltenverbund (KAV).

This lot includesOn the one hand, the supply, commissioning, training and maintenance (repair, maintenance, inspection) of crosslinkable POCT devices for urinalysis, blood glucose measurement and coagulation analysis (INR); The devices to be delivered must be able to be connected to the KAV network both with LAN and WLAN. On the other hand, the lot also includes the delivery of the respective belongingSamples (strips) for these devices.
The general requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 20 resp. 188 exp. 1 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 is expressly pointed out. Sections 20 and 188 (1) of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2006 oblige applicants or tenderers operating in the area of aother Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or are resident in Switzerland and are required to obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualifications in order to carry on business in Austria, to initiate any such proceedings as soon as possible, or in any case before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders.
