Within the meaning of the project, the following are included, but not limited to:

Main Site: The project will be constructed in the NHS. Agios Dimitrios, located in northern Greece, at a distance of 18 km(1) With this contract, the Company undertakes and the Contractor undertakes the obligation to undertake the timely, artistic, sound, economic and safe execution of the project, as described in detail in the technical specifications of the contract so that the project is suitable for use and operation(2) The concept of the work in question includes, but is not limited to, the following, as defined and defined by the other contract documents:

The design, the study, manufacture, manufacture, supply, factory testing, transport and storage at the site ofassembly, installation, on-site testing of the project, commissioning of the equipment, supply of spare parts for a complete common exhaust gas desulphurisation system for units III and IV of HH. Agios Demetrios by the method and spray absorption tower of the desulphurised exhaust gas of the Units, by means of a wet chimney (Wet Stack), that this Project is described and analyzed in the tender documents in order to be suitable for the intended operation. The exhaust gas desulphurization system includes a pulverized limestone picking and preparation system, gypsum by-product management system, installation of 2 new Fans (1 per Unit), with the abolition ofof 4 existing ID Fans. This project also includes the provision of all kinds of required services, techniques and others, the design, study and construction of the required civil engineering works, as well as all the required auxiliaries dismantling and rehabilitation of the networks, demolition, dismantling and removal of old structuresand equipment in agreement with the PPC, which prevent the installation of the exhaust gas desulphurisation system, as well as the delivery to the PPC. in excellent condition and operation of the project, as described and analyzed in the tender documents, so that it is suitable for the intended operation.

Also, the project includes the necessary interconnections(connections of electromechanical equipment, networks and control systems) with the existing facilities of the HHC, as well as all the necessary modifications / adaptations to the mechanical and electrical equipment and the control systems of the existing Units III and IV of the Α.Η. Ag. Demetriou, aiming at the perfect and smooth integration and incorporation of the desulphurization system3) The implementation of the contract will take place in 2 stages, namely: • In the first stage, 7 months from the signing of the contract, the project will be licensed for the project, as well as the project authorization of the Project which will be undertaken by the Company and the Contractor will provide the required information within specified deadlines according to the-Article 5 of Issue 3 of the Proclamation
