Desserts.

Supply of desserts for school meals and other services divided into 3 lots.

Provisional security deposit, estimated at 2% (two per cent) of the total amount allegedly based on an auction.

Own resources. Payment within 60 daysfrom the day of the month of receipt of the invoice.

- registration in the Business Register for the activities related to the supply in question, in compliance with the provisions of art. 83, co. 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

- there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

- compliance with the national employment contract and any territorial integrations and /or company and safety regulations in the workplace, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as all the legal obligations towards employees or members,

- only for operators with registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the DM 4.5.1999 and to the D.M. 21.11.2001: authorization issued under the D.M. 14.12.2010,

- supplies similar to thatprovided for in the present call for applications, carried out in the last three years by public administrations, public bodies and / or private clients, for a minimum total amount equal to that placed at the auction base of the contracting lots, for which the company competes. requirement to be proven as follows:
