CPV Description: Daycare services. Meal-serving services Title IV of the Regulation regulating public services for the elderly and dependent persons of the City Council ofValladolid, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valladolid of December 22, 2009, and which includes the services defined in the Technical Terms and Conditions.

Main Site: Day centers related to the Technical Conditions and located in the municipality of Valladolid.

The service of day stays of the City Council of Valladolid includes the followingunits located in day centers and will have a total of 128 places, adapted to the methodology of the units of coexistence of the Program with the provision established in the Technical Terms and Conditions.

- Lot 1: General attention to the users in the day-stay centers: for the execution of this contract it is essential to have the authorization established in theResolution of December 2, 2008, of the Secretary of State for Social Policy, Families and Attention to Dependency and Disability, by which the Agreement of the Territorial Council of the System for Autonomy and Attention to Dependency is published, on criteria of accreditation to guarantee the quality of the centers and services of the System for Autonomy and Attention toDependence. Partially modified by the Resolution of November 3, 2015, of the Secretary of State for Social Services and Equality, which publishes the Agreement of the Territorial Council of Social Services and the System for Autonomy and Care for Dependency that modifies the previous.

The bidding company proposed as the winner of the contract of lot 1 General attentionto users in day-stay centers, it must be in possession of the approval or accreditation that for the service provider companies determines the current legislation regarding care for people in a situation of dependency at the time of starting the contract, regulated in Order FAM / 219/2017, of March 20, of the Junta de Castilla y Leon (BOCYL of 31 ofMarch 2017),

- Lot 2: Restoration service to be provided to users in the day-stay centers: the bidding company proposed as the winner of the contract for lot 2 SED restoration service must be registered in the company registry and food activities of Castilla y Leon regulated by decree 18/2016, of July 7, 2016, which regulatesanitary authorization procedures for operation and prior communication of activity of establishments and food companies.

If any modification or regulatory development occurs with regard to the mandatory authorization to provide these services, the winning companies must adapt to it according to the legislation in force. .
