Implementation of pedagogical school child care on the basis of the "Framework concept of the pedagogical school child care at public primary schools in Freiburg "from the school year 2019 / 2020.

With the-Selected bidders will be entered into a cooperation agreement (see Attachments), which will include school childcare including school meals on all school days and holiday care.

The exact description of the tasks will follow from the cooperation agreement.

School childcare is a freelance activity within the meaning of Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24 / EU ofCPV no. 85312100 "Care in Tagesstaetten" can be assigned, so that - 130 Abs.1 GWB in conjunction with - 64 VgV is used. It is based on the care and not the Tagesstaette.

(1a) evidence of suitability in accordance with VHB Form 124_LD acc - 6 para 5 VOL / A or -- 123 and 124 GWB (turnover of comparable services of the last 5 business years, references to comparable-Achievements of the last 5 business years (deviation from VHB form 124_LD), workers, registration of professional registers, insolvency proceedings, liquidation, no serious misconduct, payment of taxes and levies as well as social security contributions, employers' liability insurance association)

(1b) excerpt from central commercial register or certificate;

(2) in case of intended subcontracting operation:

(2a) Nature and extent of the N(2b) the names of the subcontractors;

(2c) evidence of the suitability of the subcontractor (as required by the tenderer or tender documents) and

(2d) the subcontractor's undertaking to provide the necessary skills in the event of an order stand and a joint liability for the transferred subcontractors(3) in the case of the proposed grouping (BG):

statement with indication of the members; the managing member, who legally represents BG, and declaring that all members are jointly and severally liable;

(4) undertaking to maintain minimum wages and minimum working conditions,

(5) a commitment to compliance-ILO core labor standards; (6) professional liability insurance; (11) qualifications of persons envisaged for the provision of services (training, professional experience gained). Presentation of additional qualification and training measures;

(12) Proof of coverage:

- administration / finance / tax / staff (also possible in the form of third-party provision),

- Person for setting up / further development of pedagogical concept,

- Kitchen / hygiene (health certificate).

(13) Proof of pedagogically trained / qualified personnel according to the catalog of specialist catalogs. paed. Framework (- 7 Child Day Care Act)

Unless a specialized pedagogical training is available, another completed vocational training / study including onehe has at least 3 years of experience in the care, education and training of larger groups of children (not individual care).

The supporting evidence for paragraphs (1a), (2a), (3), (4), (5), (6), (11), (12) and (13) must be submitted as soon as possible with the submission of a tender or at the latest on request within the time limit set by the contracting authority. Offers in which statements or proofFailure to submit a one-time request within the time limit shall be precluded.

The documents, declarations and supporting documents referred to shall be submitted by means of self-explanations, pre-qualification or certificates. The Single European Self-declaration (EEE) is also accepted as far as the required information is included (electronic EEE service sibefore: https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd/filterlang=en).

As far as forms are provided, they must be used and completed in full. The client reserves the right to have self-explanations substantiated by appropriate evidence.

The statements and proofs must be provided by the bidder or all members of the consortium. Of all intended subcontractorsThe declarations and proof must be provided on request at the latest.
