The subject of this invitation to tender is the delivery, construction and operation of the tenderWAN (Wide Area Network) incl. Encryption for the BVVG, as well as the central provision of Internet access incl. flatrate in Berlin, Schwerin, Magdeburg and Dresden. The BVVG is looking for this tender a network operator, which provides both the entire necessary network infrastructure and the other required in the service description performanceDocuments to be submitted upon submission of the tender: Proof (copy) of the entry in the commercial register (not older than 6 months) or proof (copy) of the trade registration; Self-declaration by the applicant / tenderer pursuant to - 42 VgV in accordance with -- 123, 124 and possibly 125 GWB in particular on it -that no insolvency proceedings or comparable legal proceedings against himthat he has not been liquidated, that he has demonstrably not committed serious misconduct that calls into question the reliability of the candidate / tenderer; Completed and signed Insidererklaerung; Confirmation of the visit: Form "Inspection Certificate" fully signed by the BVVG-MA on site, completed and signed commitmentDSGVO f. ext. DL; Proof of network operator (eg entry in the list of the Federal Network Agency, - 6 TKG); Documents to be submitted upon submission of the offer or to be submitted within 6 calendar days upon request: Proof of third parties * or self-declaration for a public liability insurance, showing that the company is up-to-date and sufficiently insuredt is. / Minimum sum insured EUR 1.5 million; Declaration of commitment for subcontractors and submission of proof of suitability (see also point 4.1.1 of the tender documents) of the subcontractor; Declaration about the total turnover of the company as well as the turnover with regard to the special type of service, which is the subject of the award (in this case at least 500 000, 00 EUR / year), in relation to the last ones3 business years; References (reference list) for the tenderer over the past 3 years comparable services with details of the type and scope of services with details of the respective contact person and telephone number; Proof of the professional qualifications of the project manager and a representative (anonymised individual profiles;completed university degree in the IT industry).
