For this purpose, the Contracting Authority needs useone and access to price data relating to vehicles ("Purchase data"), as well as an "IT tool" ("Work tool") in the form of a SaaS solution that can compile these data.

Contracting entity needs driving data for vehicles, e.g. information about the vehicle's mark and model, relevant technical information, first registration date, model, mileage, information on price, saledate, ad pictures, postcode for reseller, advertising time and period for the individual sales advertisements, price development and length of stay for the individual vehicle. Vehicle data must from the contract's signature have such an extent that it gives a representative picture of the Danish car market from 2010 onwards until today.
