2.1 The subject of the contract is to provide the following services for the expansion and improvement of the camcorder system of the contracting authority: Site: Mestsky urad Banska Bystrica

Detailed description of procurementthe order is stated in the tender documents, Part B.1 Description of the subject matter of the order - The applicant must meet the conditions in part provided in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, resp. according to par. 4 and / or 5 of the Public Procurement Act by submitting original documents or their certified true copies in the scope and validity pursuant to the Act on Public Procurement.The applicant who is registered in the List of economic entities is not obliged to submit the documents to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of his / her personal status.

If the applicant or occupier has a place of business or usual residence outside the Slovak Republic and the statutes of his place of business, usually does not issue any of the documents mentioned or does not issue either-equivalent documents may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the statute of his or her office, place of business or usual residence. If the right of candidate status or engagement with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate the institute of honesty, it may be replaced by pronouncements made before a court, a body, a notary, by the institution or by a commercial institution according to the rules in force in the state of establishment, the place of business or usual residence of the applicant or occupier.

Economic entity with the status of a legal entity for the purposes of proving personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 letter. a) the Act on Public Procurement is also required to submit a copy of the criminal record for the person who is issued by the General Prosecutor's Officeof the Slovak Republic. The obligation to submit an extract from the criminal record of a legal person results from Act no. 91/2016 Z. z. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment of certain laws, which entered into force on 1.7.2016. 1 letter. a) - By submitting a statement from a bank or branch office of a foreign bank in which the applicant is a client of the ability of the applicant to execute a financialnot handcuffs - it must be stated that the bidder is not in an unauthorized debete and is able to fulfill his obligations to the bank and maintains the due date in the case of credit. The bank's statement must be current, issued by a bank not older than 3 months on the day of submission of the tender, in the original or certified copy of this document. The guarantor shall submit a statement to each bank in which he has-business account. The applicant shall submit an affidavit that he / she does not have a business account in other banks. 2/5

Deduction of the conditions under Article 38 5 ca. 343/2015 Z. z .: Inclusion in the conditions of part time follows the objective of selecting a capable supplier who duly and timely fulfills all his financial obligations, which gives the presumption that he will be able to provide services according to the subject of the order.the jammer may use the financial resources of another person to prove their financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship. In this case, it is proceeded according to - 33 par. (2) of the Public Procurement Act.

A detailed definition of these terms and conditions is set out in the tender documents, Part A.2 Conditions for part-time communication and exchange of information in the public procurement procedure.through electronic means within the meaning of - 20 of the Act 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement. The communication of the delivery for the purposes of this procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the specified functionality of the eZakazka electronic device on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. I will provide each of the registered interested parties with the necessary documentation on the electronic communication portalakazky.sk without limit. In order to request and provide the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser's address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the names of the bids, c) clicks on the Application for participation / the tender documents, d) into the system in the following way:

d1) if the economic entity already has an account entered into the system directly by itself, I will provide(in the case of forgotten login data, the option to send the login data electronically to the electronic address:

d2) if the economic entity has not established an account in the system, clicks the Registries and proceeds according to the instructions given for the registration in the system directly on the web page www. ezakazky.sk. I will be interested in the creative background and inother documents related to the tender documents specified by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in the public procurement, the tender documents or other accompanying documents or other documents provided to the contracting authority, asksto give them sufficient explanation directly through the electronic system www.ezakazky.sk. The request for explanation must be delivered via the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. The request for explanation will not be accepted if it is delivered to the e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority or otherwise. The above procedure also applies in the case where thethe offshore entity shall obtain the subcontracts of the Contractor's Profile or any other part. The above mentioned procedure of mandatory registration on the portal of return is also valid if the economic entity obtains the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority on the UVO website or in some other way. In keeping with the principle of equal treatment with interests and the principle of transparency, the public obstathe respondent has identified the above communication, in the case of a communication, the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority did not explain in the tender documents any individual communication in particular cases. Further details on electronic communications are provided in the tender documentation. Because the publisher of Vestnika Public Procurement in the Form calls for priorplacing a bid restricts the number of characters that can be inserted in this form into a text attribute field, it is not possible to specify the terms of the electronic communication in the Call text. The detailed definition and determination of the delivery of documents and communications to interested parties and tenderers is indicated in the tender documents.
