The subject of the order is the purchase, providing and implementing in the information environment of the Contracting Authority a vulnerability scan system for 2500 assets (IP address, device name, physical address deviceuenia, UUID - universal device identifier) together with a module enabling the use of vulnerability, which provides identification of threats and assessment of the risk implied by them for all elements of the IT system.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and implementation in the environment andthe formal nature of the Ordering Party susceptibility scanning system for 2500 assets (IP address, device name, physical device address, UUID - universal device identifier) together with the module allowing the use of vulnerability, which provides identification of threats and assessment of the risk implied by them for all elements of the IT system, hereinafter referred to as "System", including: 1.1.-Implementation of the Technical Project and transfer of proprietary copyrights to the Technical Project and dependent rights; 1.2. Delivery to the Contracting Authority of the Software and granting a license to use the Software in the amount necessary to build and run the System; 1.3. Providing 24-month technical support for the software manufacturer (maintenance); 1.4. Implementation of servicesinstallation and implementation, consisting in installing, configuring the Software and launching the delivered System in the Employer's environment;

1.5. Preparation of the As-built Documentation of the installation and implementation services performed, and transfer of the proprietary copyrights to the As-Built Documentation, and dependent rights,

1.6. Conducting training workshops for the studioOrdering Party in the field of service and administration of the implemented System;

1.7. Provision of 24-month Contractor's support services for the System. 2. The detailed description as well as the terms and conditions of the order's execution are set out in the Specimen of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 6 to the Specification of Essential Terms of Orders (SIWZ).

1. The contractor is bound by the offer for a period of 60 days.

2. Ordering ustalia a bid bond for the entire order in the amount of PLN 10, 000.00 (in words: PLN ten thousand and 00/100). Detailed information on the deposit is included in the ToR.

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the ordering referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act.

4. According to the rules-Art. 22 ust. 1 of the Act, the Contractors may apply for awarding the contract, who:

4.1 are not subject to exclusion: a) pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 of the Act,

b) on the basis of the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Act,

4.2 meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings, specified by the Employer in this notice of procurement, and the ToR posted on the website interOrdering Party.

5. In the scope of confirmation of compliance by the Contractor with the conditions of participation in the proceedings, the Ordering Party shall demand according to art. 26 of the Act: list referred to in par. 2 para. 4 point 2 and point 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26 July 2016 on the types of documents (...) from 2016, item 1126, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation on document types - 6. In the field of bfor the exclusion of the basis for the exclusion ordering in accordance with art. 26 acts and art. 24 sec. 11 of the Act of the following documents:

6.1 declarations and documents referred to in par. 5 points 1-9 by the Regulation on types of documents, - 6.2 of the statement referred to in par. 5 point 10 of the Regulation on types of documents,

6.3 documents and statements referred to in par. 7 and 8 of the Regulation in palmost the type of documents and, if applicable, also from par. 9 of the Regulation on document types - 7. The Contractor will submit the E-mail with the use of means of electronic communication via e-mail to the e-mail address: jedz@nbp.pl. Information on the preparation of the current Single European Document is included in SIWZ.

8. The contracting authority provides for the application of the procedure to be followedand referred to in art. 24aa of the Act.

9. According to the content of art. 18 of the Act of 22 June 2016 amending the Act on Public Procurement Law and some other acts (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1020, as amended) proceedings were initiated before October 18, 2018 and the offers are made in the form referred to in Article 18 point 4 of the Act of June 22, 2016.
