Provision of broadcast metadata and broadcast program broadcasts

The purpose of the market is to provide broadcast and broadcast metadata for programs broadcast on national television channels in order to to enrich the databases established by the NAA for access to the legal deposit of television.

The purpose of the market is to provide broadcast and broadcast metadata for broadcasts on cable television channels. national television stations, in order to enrich the databases established by the NAA for access to the legal deposit of television. The services subject of the contractdivided into two phases defined as follows:

- phase 1: specifications, tests and validation of modalities for the supply of metadata,

- phase 2: implementation and deployment of metadata supply modalities.

information concerning the legal situation of the undertaking as provided for in Article 48 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets:

- a letter fromapplication and, where appropriate, the approval of the representative by the co-contractors (or print DC1), - the power (s) authorizing the signatory to commit the individual candidate or each member of the grouping (extract k-bis, delegation of signature ...), where applicable.

Note: the individual (s) with the power to engage the individual candidate or group member may be identifiedin section C1 of Form DC2,

- a declaration on honor (or print DC1) to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and that it is in accordance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers,
