The scope of the agreement consists of the following components: the delivery of components for the data storage system, the virtual server environment and the backup / recovery system; the installation of the above components; the transition, as much as possible1 on 1, from the old to new components; the maintenance of the above components; the sustainable removal of replaced components.

- the maintenance of the components mentioned above,

- the sustainable removal of replaced components.

All grounds for exclusion included in Article 2.86 of the Public Procurement Act 2012 and the exclusion criteria in the own declaration (Uniform European Tender Document) ticked Optional grounds for exclusion as included in Article 2.87 ProcurementLaw 2012 applies.- As proof that a tenderer is not in one of the above-mentioned circumstances, he must complete his own declaration (Uniform European Tender Document) and sign it if necessary.
