Open procedure tender pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the supply of Integrated Systems (Convergent Infrastructures) and related services for Sogei ID Sigef 1999 CIG 758534370F

Supply of 3 Integrated Systems (in particular of Convergent Infrastructures), related services and maintenance and assistance services forr Sogei S.p.A.

Main Site: The services must be provided at the Sogei S.p.A. as better specified in the tender documents.

And the participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6-of the Disciplinare di gara;

b) the eligibility requirements are those indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the Disciplinare di gara;

a) the requisites of economic and financial capacity are indicated in paragraph 7.2 of the Disciplinary of competition

Each operator elects domicile, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the system dedicated to it and to the certified e-mail address indicato in the application form.

Pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, this initiative is not divided into functional Lots for the reasons expressed in the Competition Regulations.

As clarified in the tender regulations, the operators will be asked to produce: i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the documcompetition; ii) final guarantee pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016; iii) insurance policy.

The auction base, which can not be exceeded, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, is subject to discount.

The unitary basis of auction subject to discount, are indicated in the tender documentation

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous bid criterion based on milletr ratio quality price.

Subcontracting is allowed within the limits and with the methods indicated in the d. lgs. n. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary.

The present competition will take place through the IT system on which the "offers" must be inserted.
