2.Communication and information exchangeThis contract is implemented through the IS EVO Information System for Electronic Public Procurement, which is available at https://www.uvo.gov.sk/portal-system-evo-5f5.html (IS EVO ver. 18.0) ( hereinafter referred to as IS EVO), except for special cases concerning the delivery of documents pursuant to point 16 of the tender documents from objective reasons (hereinafter together with the communication). in detail3. The contracting authority shall require tenderers to lodge a security of EUR 45 000 (forty-five thousand) in order to secure the tender.
