The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a contract for the supply of communication equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Finance, deadline for execution of the contract: not later than 30 days, as of the date of conclusion of the contract The subject of the contract includes delivery of 2 routers, 2 switches equipped with SFP modules and 2 uninterruptible power supply units.

According to art. 47, para. 1 of the Supplementary Prospectus, the tenders shall be submitted by the participants or by their authorized representatives - in person or by post or other courier service with registered delivery with acknowledgment of receipt. The right to participate in the procedure is any Bulgarian or foreign physical ora legal person or their groupings, as well as any other entity which is entitled to perform supplies under the law of the State in which it is established. The assignor removes from the award procedure the participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (unless it is proved that the participant has not ceased its activity and is instate of fulfillment of the contract according to the applicable national rules for the continuation of the business activity in the state in which it is established) and the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants must not have the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiting the Unlawfully Acquired Property (PKONPI) and Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Actis relations with the companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДЮПРСРС), except in the cases of the exceptions under Art. 4 of ЗИФОДРУППДРС. Participants declare the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria by presenting the ENEOP. Documents for proving prerequisites are attached to the enEEDOPthe applicable reliability measures (where applicable), a copy of a document showing the legal basis for the formation of a grouping (where applicable) and the following information:

1. the rights and obligations of the members of the grouping; distribution of responsibility among the members of the grouping, including solidarity of responsibility; the activities that each member of the luncheon will perform

4. representing the reunification partner.

The participants also submit a declaration under Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering (MIMA), in which it is declared a beneficial owner within the meaning of - 2, para. 1 and para. 2 of the additional provisions of the LMML - individual. The Assignor may require participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents, -by means of which the information provided in the EUEDOP is proved when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. The actual documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and the compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted by the tenderer selected as contractor prior to the conclusion of the contract.
