The advertised achievement consists of the signaling events of mobile, personal telecommunication and information technology devices an anonymized, complete image of the number of entries and exits in the metro area as well as the restored paths in the form of QuTo generate elle-target matrices.

Challenges are the assignment of the trips to the lines and stops as well as the extrapolationThe tenderer must complete, sign and file the form "Self-explanatory note on suitability variant 1-3" in his application for participation, including statements on:

- Entries in the register of corruption,

- Registration in the professional and commercial register,

- profession,

- professional association incl. contribution payment,

- submissionn of exclusion reasons acc. -- 123 and 124 GWB.

If necessary, further proof will be requested from the tenderer. These are to be provided only upon request.

In the case of a qualifying loan, a letter of commitment for suitability lending must be submitted.
